CANCELLATION POLICY

We respect that your time is valuable and we appreciate that you understand ours is too.

We have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy.

If you cancel within 24hrs of your appointment you will be charged a cancellation fee (50% of your treatment).

 

If you don't show up for your appointment without letting us know, your appointment will then be classified as a "no show" and you will be charged a cancellation fee (100% of your treatment). Vouchers & treatments apart of packages are included in this policy.
